  1. Self-employed borrowers: 2 years tax returns (personal and business) and W-2’s or 1099’s (most recent). If the past year has not been filed, please provide a copy of the extension that was filed with the IRS. Please provide a year to date profit and loss.
  2. Copy of business licenses (if applicable).
  3. 2 years most recent W-2’s for all applicants.
  4. Most recent year to date pay stubs.
  5. 2 months most recent bank statements - all pages - all accounts.
  6. Proof of any stocks or Certificates of deposit - all pages, including blank pages
  7. Copy of the survey on the property, if available to you
  8. If refinance: Owner’s Policies (title work) on property. If you do not have it available, please let us know which title company handled the closing from your purchase. A copy of your homeowner’s insurance policy
  9. If refinance: Copy of most recent mortgage statements on the mortgage(s) we are paying off
  10. If we are paying any debt off, please send a copy of those statements
  11. Appraisal check
  12. Copy of drivers licenses for all applicants
  13. Copy of Earnest money deposit cancelled check
  14. Contract for the new purchase
